Refund policy

Check it before you pay. Open your parcel at the door and pay only if you're happy with it. Our drivers carry change.

7-Day Easy Returns. Within 7 days of delivery you can return any product for a refund or an exchange, your choice. The product must be unused, in its original box, with all parts and accessories. For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been used (razors, epilators, trimmers, massagers) can only be returned if faulty. Pickup is free in Beirut; outside Beirut a $4 pickup fee applies.

Prem Care Warranty. Products marked with the Prem Care badge are covered for 30 days, 90 days or 6 months from delivery against the product stopping working or breaking by itself under normal use. We collect it and replace it; if the same product is out of stock, you exchange it for any product of the same value. Not covered: drops, water damage, misuse, wrong voltage, normal wear, consumables (batteries, bulbs, blades, filters), and products opened or repaired by someone else.
