Buying online in Lebanon should feel as safe as buying in a shop. That's why every order comes with Prem Care: you check it before you pay, you have 7 days to change your mind and 30 days to exchange, and on selected products you get a warranty with free pickup in Beirut.
1. Check it before you pay
Open the parcel at your door, look at the product, and pay only if you're happy. Our drivers carry change.
2. 7-Day Easy Returns
Changed your mind? Within 7 days of delivery you can return any product for a refund or an exchange, your choice. From day 8 up to 30 days after delivery, we can still exchange it, but we can no longer refund it.
- The product must come back in its original box, in good condition, with all parts and accessories.
- For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been used (razors, epilators, trimmers, massagers) can only be returned if faulty.
- In Beirut, our driver picks it up free of charge. Outside Beirut, we arrange the pickup with you for a $4 fee.
3. Prem Care Warranty
Products marked with the Prem Care badge are covered for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or 1 year from the day you receive them.
What's covered: the product stops working or breaks by itself under normal use.
What we do: we collect it (free in Beirut, $4 outside Beirut) and replace it. If the same product is out of stock, you exchange it for any product of the same value.
Not covered: drops, water damage, misuse, wrong voltage, normal wear, consumables (batteries, bulbs, blades, filters), and products opened or repaired by someone else.
